It's the end of the school year and I'm busy trying to get my students prepared for their final exams.

But at the same time, I'm also trying to come up with more ideas for next year! This year I was a part of the TTCT (Thom Technology Catalyst Team). I joined this committee to gain some insight on the new technologies that are out there. Joining this committee inspired me to test and try new technologies with my students in the classroom. After 5 months it has been an eye opening experience. I have realised over the past few months, how much technology can have such a positive impact on our students.

By using different devices in the classroom, integrating proper uses of technology in Education and introducing the digital citizenship model, this has and will increase student engagement and student success rates here at any school and at any grade level.

For next year, I plan on integrating more technology in my French Immersion and Spanish classes. I plan on incorporating technology in many different ways that’s both meaningful and educational for our student population.
I myself am not an expert of technology..... I am still learning. Though I am very excited for what’s in store for the future with Technology in the classroom setting!
